Account Management

Using the Dashboard

Select Dashboard: This will show a campaign performance summary.

How to view campaign performance over a specific time?

Select Dashboard
Go the summary line that says summary (refer to above image)
There are two slots to enter start and end date on the right hand corner
Click on search after you insert the dates
You will get a view of campaign over that time period

How to view all campaigns?

Select dashboard
Left hand corner shows all campaigns (as shown in the above image)

(This also includes backed campaigns, pledges received and bookmarked campaigns. )

How to insert and update your information?

Select Dashboard
The right bottom corner with the heading ‘My Information’ is used for recording all your information
Insert all your information (Username, First name, mail, etc.)
Select “My Information” each time you want to Edit and Update information.

How to add a new campaign?

Select on the “Add New” option
(Optional) Include YouTube link for videos.
You can show the backed amount contributors on campaign page through contributor’s table.
You can hide the contributors name from the list and just show the amount.

How to show Rewards in campaign single page?

The dashboard allows users to show fixed rewards ranges. Since Rewards are what motivates a lot of users to keep coming back, WP Crowdfunding plugin helps achieve that target. Below is an example of how users can show rewards.

DAC Native Wallet System

DAC Native Wallet system keeps track of funds raised on any campaign. The charity or group that owns the campaign can send a withdraw request to DAC governing board after raising their targeted amount of money raised. It calculates the withdrawable campaign or project funds, all transactions, commissions and generates statistics.

Any charity or group can set up an account with DAC. all you need to do is go to the homepage and click on the top right button “START A CAMPAIGN”.

You will need to complet the application form providing as much information a possible for your application to be processed. Please note that the information provided will be cross examine and references may be needed to complete the application.

CAUTION:
All applications should be made only by recognised groups or charities. We do not accept campaigns individual campaigns. Please, if you are in need and need support please contact any local charity or group within your community.

DAC Money Management

To keep all our donors updated with all the transactiosn on DAC we have introduced a money manager. Our money manager will enable you locat and track all funds and transactions you have made to DAC and any campaign or project you have supported from the point of registration.

We offer a versatile money management system which provides our donors a lucid money feedback and tranparency. You do not need to seek information about any donations you have made as your account history is recorded.
DAC has also made it possible for charities and groups to apply for a withdrawal request before funds are dispense. The reason this method has been developed is to track all transactions and make it readily available to donors for transparency and to avaoid fraud. Some of our key features include:
