Short Story
While the rest of the world stood by as Paul Biya massacred women and children, Ma Ngang et al were moved to act. Their only offense was ignorance of the proper procedures that have led to their having to defend themselves in the U.S. justice system.

There is an ongoing genocide in the Southern Cameroons perpetuated by the brutal dictatorship of Paul Biya who has been in power for almost forty (40) years.
In 2016 teachers and lawyers peacefully demonstrated against this brutal regime. Biya responded by unleashing the military might on defenseless civilians. Villages were burnt, thousands killed, girls raped, and young boys and men were forced to defend themselves against the marauding army.
While the rest of the world stood by as Paul Biya massacred women and children, Ma Ngang et al were moved to act. Their only offense was ignorance of the proper procedures that have led to their having to defend themselves in the U.S. justice system.
While the situation in Southern Cameroons persists, they now find themselves fighting on two fronts.
Every penny contributed will help them get out of the legal quagmire.
