LEGAL ISSUES

If you are law enforcement and have a court-ordered subpoena for DAC for review, you must submit it via: https://www.dacommunity.com/contact

All civil subpoenas must be properly localised and served on DAC’s registered agent in the country concern.

DAC does not accept service of civil subpoenas via telephone and will not respond to civil subpoenas delivered using this medium. Nor will DAC consider subpoenas that are not properly served

DAC strongly recommend for legal purposes for each organisation to provide and uphold our feedback policy. Failure to do so can result to legal actions, Attachment Of Earnings and a full refund of any funds raised by the organisation in question.
